Service Description

This option is for runners who would benefit from more regular support, with a 30-minute check-in every two weeks to review progress, make adjustments and keep momentum going. If you're ready to commit for 3, 4, 5 or 6 months you can receive a discounted price.  3 months upfront with the 10% discount, or 6 months with a 20% discount. When booking, select and pay for your package and choose the date and time of your first 30-minute coaching check-in. During that first session, Delaney will arrange your further check-ins, helping you keep consistent dates in the diary and stay on track.
