If you've recently had a cancer diagnosis and you're looking to increase your fitness ready for treatment or you've had cancer treatment and you're looking to move more freely,… opt for Freedom in Movement Other than that, as a general guide - if you've been running regularly for more than 6 months then Freedom to Go Further is likely to be the best plan for you, and you can choose whether you'd prefer monthly, fortnightly or weekly updates. If you're not sure then start with monthly or fortnightly and you can switch to more frequent check-ins and plan updates if you prefer. If you're new to running, returning after a break, or struggling to turn C25k completion into ongoing improvement or lifestyle change then Freedom to 5k is likely to be your best option.
It really depends on your own personal circumstances but if you’re not sure then fortnightly is a good, balanced option
You have a 14-day cooling off period from when you purchase a plan during which you can cancel your plan. If you'd prefer for your training plan, or coaching services to start sooner than 14 days from purchase then you can choose to waive the cooling off period and the remove the option to cancel. Please note that refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances after the cooling off period has ended or coaching services commenced.

With advance notice, changes to the date and time can be accommodated (subject to availability). If that's not possible then the check-in will be via WhatsApp messages or email. It is recommended that you have a check in call via Zoom when possible, to get the most from your plan as it's easy to miss information in messages.
Sometimes life gets in the way of a plan and there might be a reason why you can't continue training. Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances but if you've purchased a package you can pause your subscription once, for up to 18 months.
